Bet confirmation
A confirmation page is shown once a bet is placed. After that, bets cannot be cancelled — unless the "Cash Out" feature is active, in which case a partial or full withdrawal may be possible.
Match Cancellation or Postponement
When an event is cancelled or postponed, Megapari Bet follows the policy outlined below:
- If a match does not take place, the stake will be refunded.
- If a match is 70% or more complete, the result may be considered valid.
- Whether bets remain valid for rescheduled matches depends on the specific event.
In Case of Incorrect Odds
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Megapari Bet reserves the right to void the affected bet. The full stake will be refunded to the user.

Deposit rules

- Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days to process.
- No additional charges on deposits.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
- With KYC verification complete, deposits are processed via Mobile Pay and Nagad in 3–30 minutes.
- Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus balances are not available for withdrawal until wagering is fully completed.
Suspicious Transactions

Reason for bonus cancellation
- Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts.
- Violation of bonus terms (e.g., placing bets on both sides of the same match).
- Using a voucher code with false or fraudulent information.
- Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit.
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through bonus arbitrage or similar methods will result in immediate account closure.
Prohibited Activities
All Megapari Bet users must refrain from the following actions. Violations may result in account termination and potential legal action.
- Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's details.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
- Placing bets using illegally obtained funds (money laundering).
- Unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Placing bets on behalf of a minor.
If any of the above actions are proven, all account balances will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
Account Suspension & Closure
Megapari Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the terms and conditions.
- Failure to submit required KYC documents.
- In the event of a security risk.
- In cases of suspicious financial activity.
Self-initiated account closure
If you wish to close your account, simply notify our support team and the process will be completed within 24 hours. If you have a verified balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it first.
Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, visit our Responsible Gaming page to activate self-exclusion. You can take a break ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
Limitation of Liability
Megapari Bet is not liable for the following:
- Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
- Any loss resulting from a user sharing their own password with others.
- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
- Transactions attempted during server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
- Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
For losses caused by platform errors due to technical issues, Megapari Bet may offer compensation up to the value of the maximum bet.

Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. An initial response will be provided within 72 hours. If the matter remains unresolved:
- Submit a written complaint — reviewed within 7 business days.
- Referral to an international gaming arbitration commission.
- The final decision is binding on both parties.
During an ongoing dispute, account access may be temporarily restricted, but any verified balance will remain secure.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between Megapari Bet and the user, superseding all prior oral or written representations.
